Hospice is not so much a place as one concept. Palliative care at home, hospital, nursing home be provided for assisted living facilities or in a hospice. I do not know that Hospice of lung cancer, all hospitals, is specific, as I know, and I volunteered to go to all terminally ill.

* I am currently visiting a patient with terminal lung cancer and received care at home. Most would prefer at home if possible.

I suggest you first look at the non-profit hospice.

Hope this helps. Peace.

My mother spent several weeks at Calvary Hospital, Bronx, NY, is the only dedicated hospice / palliative care of cancer patients in terminal stage. I must say that your care and service are really excellent, and my mother was there, comfortable, physically, mentally and spiritually.
