not like any of these programs, but apparently, it works in iChat and Photo Booth.

You might try:
1. = Go to Skype> Preferences
2. Click the Video button
3. Check the Enable Skype Video "
(also on "Start my video automatically" if you want)
But automatically when you open a call if you have not enabled "Start my video" in the Skype settings, you click a video call window on and off during the conversation.
